i am looking for a 1, 1+1 room flat from mid-july or beginning of august. not necessarily furnished, very clean, in the city center (5th, 6th, 9th, 13th districts preferred), for at least 1 year. i can pay a maximum of 70 000 HUF/month including the building charges, less if not furnished.

well i did find a 1+1/2 flat for 60 000 in the 9th district, fyi.
but now i am looking for a flat 2 room flat, separate rooms for 2 ppl in the 9th district, new building preferred.
