Its an annual "free" concert i think sponsored by t-online. Several years ago they had Sting on which was fantastic. However in my opinion the "stars" are becoming worse and worse ; last year was Pink and now Bryan Adams
.....also literally thousands upon thousands of people turn up (as its free) so dont expect to see or hear much amid the pushing and shoving...

HM might have answerred your questions. But me personally attented all of those concerts during the last 4 years and yeah I could go even to the first row. The last time in Pink's concert I was really very near to her appeareance which gave me even much view than the VIP seats. I might post some photos of the concert pretty soon.
Its an annual event organised by T-mobile (formarly Westel) and they invite a star singer every year along side some other local and international bands. As far as I know Brayn Adams was not there in this kind of free concert but he was here even last year to a very big concert.

I think if you are a real fan of him, you should think of going there to this open air concerts.

I live beside the venue. Always plenty of room (try to get there 1 hour before the support band).
Last year The Tarentinos were much better than Pink.
