I have to admit i had never heard of this until coming to Hungary. Its not really celebrated in the UK.

Well, the Men's day exist too, as I heard, but I think Alice is right. Every other day of the year is men's day...

When speaking of the IWD, it isn't something that is celebrated only in Hungary or ex-communist countries! That's a huge mistake! From the 1975. it's celebrated decently thanks to UN.
