Hello everyone,

Well, I thought it’s about time we livened up this forum again. It is getting to be winter. So time for a lot of posts about something and nothing.

And I’d thought I open the ball with a little list of life’s deeper questions.

Everyone feel free to comment, or reply. Or even just make another post.

I will make it my resolution to be more active on this forum, since I really like it and thinks it’s worth to keep going.

Cheers all.

A woman brought a very limp duck into a veterinary surgeon. As she lay her pet on the table, the vet pulled out his stethoscope and listened to the

bird's chest.

After a moment or two, the vet shook his head sadly and said, "I'm so sorry, your Duck Cuddles has passed away."

The distressed owner wailed, "Are you sure?

"Yes, I am sure. The duck is dead," he replied.

Back from the "beyond"!

My Nissan Maxima's auto gearbox gave up the ghost on the way home from my sister, way down in the Free State.

We tried to have it repaired, no solution, then had a geabox sent down from Johannesburg. This one was in worse condition than the original.

Out of desperation, and to get me out of her hair, (I think), my darling sister bought me a Toyota Camry 220SEI.

So, I am back in Pretoria... ducking the traffic... the guys ...

One of my friends bought English Tesco mustard in the Hungarian Tesco and after having found the mustard somewhat bitter surprised me with this rather fishy question. The mustard wasn’t expired so the bitter taste might actually be an inherent property. Needless to say I haven’t the faintest idea...

Just to say a big thank you to those who were willing to give up their time to "give me the once over" tonight, especially to GA and Mrs GA for being so hospitable.

Hope I didnt embarrass anyone, or take the mickey too much

It was a really enjoyable evening, just a shame the bar closed, and some of you poor souls have to go to work in the morning

Hopefully I'll catch you all again before I go home again?

Many thanks.........ooooo, nearly forgot, happy birthday Abigail ...

I was going to post a picture on here, but they seem to come up quite large, so click on this link and have a look.

These were taken while I was still in "the chair". Hayley the tattooist literally put the ink gun down and picked my camera up.

Anyhow, let me know what you think, good or bad.

Cheers
