There is a relatively big Vasarely exhibition at III., Szentlélek tér 6. It's on the Buda side of the bridge Árpád. Best way to get there is to take the HÉV (green subtrain starts underground at Batthány tér next to the red metro) or tram 1 and get off at the Buda side of the bridge Árpád (Árpád híd). Open: 10am-6pm Mar 15-Oct 31; 10am-5pm Nov 1-Mar 14. Admission was free in summer but I wouldn't bet my head on it. Victor Vasarely, famous painter, was in fact Hungarian ... I've heard the tariffs might go down but was a bit sceptic so I had a look around. It's always hard to believe that something should get cheaper. I personally don't think it will, and I didn't see any signs ...
