Looks like a great trip!
How did you get around, with car or train?
I would love to visit other European countries but always wondered which method of transport would be the best.

I like the pictures.....but the "fuzzing" you applied on the rower is scary!!!

Very Happy

We were traveling by car. It was 2400 kms long route. There was not exact plan for the travel. We booked only the 2 first hotel before start.
Then we stayed in 'gasthoffs' or pensions, which we found by the local touristic information point, my electronic navigation system or just saw its ads on the road.

Alice:
I enjoyed your photos of Austria and Germany. They brought back many memories, as I spent 5-1/2 years in Germany. bounce All of Ludwig II's Castles are amazing so I hope you saw the others. Linderhof is absolutrely amazing, although I guess it is more properly described as a palace??. Thanks for sharing!
Pat
