It's a familiar way of expressing something like "spending time with Zsuzsi".

No wonder you didn't know what it meant - it isn't an existing word, I'm not very good at explaining Hungarian grammar but there are special postfixes in Hungarian which can change the meaning of a noun. Of course, these postfixes are not supposed to be used with a person's name.
Adding the postfix "zás":
labda = ball
labdázás = playing with the ball
