I spend a lot of time in Hungary as my girlfriend is Hungarian and also because the food beer and wine are good!!



PS am I the only English person who likes Unicum Zwack? That's the original version folks!!

I am here for three months and really like it. It is good to have new people at the forum.

I am perhaps the only Swede to know of Unicum. I’s not bad with a beer and a herring sandwich.

I wouldn’t know anything about for the English, as I am Danish. All I know is that I really don’t care for Unicum. But my dad really loves it. So I guess a few other then Hungarians like the stuff.

I would prefer a beer, red wine, cocktails or baileys anytime over Unicum

Also English - visited Hungary earlier this year for the purpose of buying a apartment.

I visited in early March, looking forward to seeing Budapest in the summer - enjoy the courtyard bars and clubs, Sziget Festival, Hungarian Grand Prix etc.

If anyone is around next summer we could all go out sometime.

I really want to learn Hungarian, so if anyone knows a Hungarian Speaker who has good English also - living in UK - preferrably in the West Midlands region, Id be very interested to meet them!
